It's official. I have lost my soul to fandom. And yet I regret nothing.
A little something something that I'm working on for Lyanna Stark week on Tumblr. It would seem that ASoIaF fanart and a bottle of cab sav are my prescription for stress relief at present.
I'm hoping to start working on the watercolour this weekend, and will have the final up soon.

I absolutely adore this piece. The line work is clean and graceful. The detail is amazing. I especially enjoy the small wolf detail on her scarf and the small decal on her jacket collar.
Her expression is wonderful. It is so soft and, for lack of a better word, real. I can already tell the coloring is going to look great. You're already thinking about the highlights in the hair which is awesome (especially because I totally fail at that).
Seriously this is awesome. It is clean, it's skillful, I am very excited to see it colored!
